Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate M.A.P. behaviors outlined for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
  • Comply with all established policies while maintaining security and confidentiality.

Physical Demands

Stock merchandise, operate equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks according to company standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and various equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Education and Experience

  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
