Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our retail store, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking products, and ensuring the store's impeccable appearance.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate professionalism and follow ALDI's M.A.P. guidelines.
  • Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Assist in inventory management, including conducting counts and monitoring accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies while upholding confidentiality.
  • Other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and related equipment.
  • Able to lift and stock items weighing up to 45 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
