We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a vital part of the store, you will be responsible for various tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your role will involve working closely with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and communicate efficiently with management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
  • Knowledge of store policies and ability to follow procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to multitask effectively.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
