Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key team member, you will be responsible for tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, Professional Skills) consistently
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team and management
  • Offer feedback on products, manage inventory, and support store operations
  • Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain document security

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Customer service and cash register experience
  • Ability to operate store equipment and follow safety guidelines
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
