Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness, all while providing top-notch customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Assist customers with their shopping needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are at least 18 years old, possess excellent communication skills, are detail-oriented, and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Previous retail experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
