Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a critical member of our store operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy in product counts.
• Operate cash registers while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate cash registers efficiently.
• Experience in retail settings and ability to interpret company policies.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and in a team.
