Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts
  • Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient cash register operation
  • Safe and proper equipment operation
  • Interpret and apply company policies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Work well independently and in a team setting
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking
  • Meet state and local requirements for alcohol handling and sales

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail work experience preferred
