Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked store, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
