Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of the store staff, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain clean and organized displays.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate openly with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and issues.
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies to uphold security standards.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures accurately.
  • Strong communication skills and the capability to work independently or in a team.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
