Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our store, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate and embody the ALDI Acts Competencies and M.A.P.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
  • Provide feedback on products and inventory
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Perform inventory counts and monitor accuracy

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18
  • Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
