Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This position is full-time with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain neat displays, and assist in customer purchases.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
