Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Job Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers and work collaboratively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory, participate in inventory counts, and follow cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain document security, and handle responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently and safely.
• Perform cleaning duties per company standards, interpret policies, and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience is acceptable.
