Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Capable of safely operating equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
