Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising products, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves neatly.
  • Provide top-tier customer service and support customers in their shopping journey.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 45 pounds.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
