Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exemplary customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Perform store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Education and Experience

  • Prior work experience in retail preferred
  • Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
