Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the team at Aldi. As a valued member of our store, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
