Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
  • Process customer purchases and provide friendly customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred.
