Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, operating the cash register, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Maintain neat and organized product displays and shelves.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to keep the store looking its best.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any issues or discrepancies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment such as a hand jack and floor scrubber.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
