Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, operating the cash register, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
- Maintain neat and organized product displays and shelves.
- Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to keep the store looking its best.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any issues or discrepancies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Ability to operate equipment such as a hand jack and floor scrubber.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
