Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valuable member of our store, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly while providing exceptional customer service. This position is full-time, averaging 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers throughout their experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Conduct store inventory counts following guidelines and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and uphold company procedures and security standards.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred, with prior retail work experience as a plus.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail experience desirable.
