Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valuable member of our store, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly while providing exceptional customer service. This position is full-time, averaging 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers throughout their experience.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Conduct store inventory counts following guidelines and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and uphold company procedures and security standards.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma preferred, with prior retail work experience as a plus.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience desirable.
