Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service and effective stocking and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Stock shelves, maintain displays, and ensure the store looks clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
