Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly according to company standards.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
