Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers effectively.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, manage inventory, and ensure cash-handling compliance.
  • Adhere to company policies, maintain document security, and follow established procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting and stocking merchandise.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience desirable.
