Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Job Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and adherence to ALDI standards.
• Assist customers with purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by participating in regular stock counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
