Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Stock shelves neatly and maintain merchandise displays.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct general cleaning duties to uphold company standards.
• Participate in inventory management and product monitoring.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work both independently and within a team.
