Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management
  • Monitor and report product issues, inventory accuracy, and scanning errors
  • Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Prompt and courteous customer service skills
  • Efficient operation of cash registers and equipment
  • Ability to meet company standards for cleaning and procedures
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
