We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service by assisting and engaging with customers.
  • Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management on store operations.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
