Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an optimal shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Report product feedback, inventory issues, and any operational concerns to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to uphold company standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
