Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a key member of our store associates, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Merchandise products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness of the store.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with the ALDI team.
  • Assist in inventory management and store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.
  • Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment as necessary.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
