Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in your role.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations to help improve customer experience.
  • Participate in inventory management, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, follow instructions, and multitask efficiently.
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
