Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. This full-time position offers competitive pay starting at $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Operate the cash register accurately and assist customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service with a courteous demeanor.
• Operate equipment and perform duties as required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
