Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store maintains a welcoming environment for customers through your dedication to stocking products, handling cashier responsibilities, and maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
  • Skilled in operating store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team setting.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and local regulations.
