Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued team member, you will contribute to the store's success by ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and assisting with stock management. This is a Full-Time position offering 32-40 hours a week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate professionalism and exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to enhance store operations.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to operate a cash register.
  • Physical ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
