We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, cashier efficiently, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide top-notch customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Help monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Capable of performing physical tasks like stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
