Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Role Overview

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers during their shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays with care and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and participate in maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Operate cash registers efficiently and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to handle equipment such as electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
