Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our store, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness
  • Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
  • Offer feedback on products and inventory issues
  • Conduct store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Customer service and retail experience preferred
  • Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
