Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with management.
  • Monitoring inventory accuracy and providing feedback on products.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
