Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our retail staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and that customers receive exceptional service.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
  • Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Efficient cash handling skills and customer service experience.
  • Able to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
