Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store's impeccable appearance. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the Aldi team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as required.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves and displays.
• Assist customers in their shopping journey and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 to work at Aldi.
• Proficiency in customer service and cash register operations.
• Ability to use store equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
