Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts, Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) throughout daily tasks.
  • Assist customers with purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure products are neatly displayed.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Capable of operating store equipment and adhering to company policies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
