Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with stocking merchandise, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate professionalism and exceptional customer service by following ALDI's guidelines.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management team.
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security.
- Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Experience operating a cash register and other retail equipment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and follow instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
