Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with stocking merchandise, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate professionalism and exceptional customer service by following ALDI's guidelines.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management team.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security.
  • Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Experience operating a cash register and other retail equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and follow instructions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
