Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy by participating in store inventory counts.
  • Operate cash register efficiently and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
