Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our store operations, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers through merchandising, stocking, and providing top-tier customer service.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
  • Assist customers with purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Provide feedback on inventory, product quality, and customer concerns.
  • Follow cash handling policies and company procedures.
  • Adhere to company policies, upholding data security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
  • Ability to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to work both independently and within a team environment.

Educational Background

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience is a plus.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
