Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers throughout their experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
