Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products and contribute to inventory management.
• Adhere to cash policies, follow company procedures, and ensure security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions efficiently.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Retail experience preferred.
