Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

Join ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist responsible for providing exceptional customer service, enhancing the shopping experience, and maintaining store cleanliness. This full-time role offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Help with inventory counts, cash handling, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
