Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's smooth operation and delivering exceptional customer service. From cashiering to stocking shelves, you will contribute to maintaining a welcoming shopping environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store appearance.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies while ensuring document security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous service.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Capability to follow cleaning standards and company procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
