Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. From stocking shelves to providing exceptional customer service, you will be an essential part of the team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
