Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining merchandise displays, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain cleanliness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
  • Monitor inventory, help with inventory counts, and report any issues.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
