Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your primary focus will be to enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and excellent customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security protocols.

Requirements

  • 18 years or older to apply.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Experience in retail environment and basic knowledge of company policies.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
