Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist! In this role, you will work collaboratively with our team to merchandise products, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work independently and within a team environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
